This is used to remedy a phone stuck on the "Initializing" or "Welcome" screen.

To Enter Recovery Mode on a Yealink T54:

1.) Disconnect from Power.

2.) Wait 30 seconds.

3.) Reconnect Power while holding   (Speakerphone Button).

4.) When the prompt (shown below) appears you can release the .

5.) Press 1 to accept the Backup.
