This article assumes you are logged into the CallHarbor Portal

 

1: Select Online Drop Down:

This article is using a Call Center Agent scope, the tabs available in your portal may be different

2: Choose the desired Status:

 

This will populate the information on the Call Center Reports Agent Availability.

 

This will allow the times per Status to properly be tracked in the chart below.
