When do I want to factory reset my phone?
A factory reset will fix many small problems that happen with phones. Sometimes you will be asked to factory reset a phone by one of our support techs, but you should never do a factory reset unless told to.
Yealink Desk Phone
To factory reset a Yealink desk phone, press and hold the OK (1) button until the factory reset window pops up, then press the OK softkey (2).
If the Yealink desk phone does not have an OK button, use the Redial Button (3)
The reset process will take around five minutes, and your phone will reboot multiple times in the process.

Yealink Cordless Phone
1. First, you will want to locate the base. The base for the cordless phone is below. The charging cradle that the cordless handset charges on is not the base. Sometimes the base is located in a network closet.
2. Next, unplug both the network cable (1) and power cable (2). If your phone does not have a power cable, the base is powered and provides internet through the network cable.
3. Press and hold down the Connect button as you plug the cords back in. The connect button is the button that looks like wifi.
4. Continue holding the Connect button (1) until all three lights (2) are green, then release the button.
5. Unplug the network (4) and power cables again (5).
6. Plug the cables back in, and the phone will start the reset process. The reset process takes around five minutes, and your phone will reboot multiple times in the process.
