Your User Profile

This article assumes you are logged into the Manager Portal.
If you do not know your login name or password, please click here or contact CallHarbor Support.

  1. Click your name in the upper right-hand corner and click 'Profile'

    If you are a Call Center Supervisor or higher, you may need to switch the view of the portal from the entire phone system to your extension only. To do this, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner, then select My Account

  2. The Profile pop-up window will open. Fields available for updating: first and last name, time zone, directory options, email address(es), portal password, and voicemail pin.
    User extension number, Login Name, and Caller ID can't be changed in the portal. If you need any of these changed, please contact CallHarbor support.

    First and Last Name

    The first and last name associated with your extension. Updating this will change the name for your extension, but to have all the phones display the change, a resync will need to be sent to the phones. Please contact an Office Manager extension or CallHarbor Support to resync the names on the phones.

    Timezone

    Set the timezone that the portal uses to display call information

    Directory Options

    Announce in Audio Directory

    Checking the Announce in Audio Directory will list you in the company directory. Callers can search for your extension when routed to a company directory.

    List in Directory

    The List in Directory options controls if your extension is listed in the Contacts in the Manager Portal.

    Caller ID Information

    Caller ID cannot be updated through the profile. If your caller ID is not correct, please contact an Office Manager extension or CallHarbor Support to update.

    Change Account Security

    Single Sign On

    For Information regarding Single Sign On, please click here.

    Multifactor Authentication (MFA)

    Multifactor Authentication requires a code to be entered to log into the portal. Google Authenticator is the only available authenticator for multifactor authentication.

    Setting multifactor authentication can cause issues with logging into the CallHarborUC app. Please do not set MFA if you use the mobile app.

    New Password

    Enter a new password to access the portal

    Confirm New Password

    Confirm the entered password

    Current Password

    Enter the current password set for the portal

    Change Voicemail PIN

    New PIN

    Enter the new PIN to use to access the voicemail system. Please do not set the pin to 1234 as this pin can cause a potential security risk to your extension

  3. After you have made any changes, click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them.

Another User's Profile

This article assumes you are logged into the Manager Portal as a Call Center Supervisor, Site Manager, or Office Manager.

If you do not know your login name or password, please click here or contact CallHarbor Support.

User extension number, Login Name, Caller ID, and 911 Caller ID can't be changed in the portal. If you need any of these changed, please contact CallHarbor support.

  1. Call Center Supervisor: Select the Agents Tab

    Office/Site Manager: Select the Users Tab

  2. Locate the extension to be updated. You can use the search function to search: Extension Number, First Name, Last Name, Site, or Department

  3. Once located, click either the name of the extension or the pencil icon.

  4. If name clicked: The profile tab will be opened by default

    If pencil clicked: Select the Profile option from the dropdown

  5. The user profile has a few available fields for updating:

    First and Last Name

    The first and last name associated with the extension. Updating this will change the name for the extension, but to have all the phones display the change, a resync will need to be sent to the phones.

    Department

    Set the department assigned to the user.

    Site

    Set the site assigned to the user.

    Overwrite with Site Defaults

    If the user has a site set, and Overwrite is set to Yes, the user's settings will be overwritten to reflect the site's properties.

    Record User's Calls

    Set the user to have calls recorded.

    Timezone

    Set the timezone that the portal uses to display call information.

    Directory Options

    Area code can be updated, but Caller ID and Emergency Caller ID cannot be updated through the profile. If the caller ID or emergency caller ID is not correct, please contact CallHarbor Support to update.

    Change Account Security

    Email Address(es)
    Up to 5 email addresses can be associated with a user.
    Single Sign On

    If Single Sign On is set up, the account associated with Single Sign On will be displayed

  6. After you have made any changes, click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them. A voicemail pin must be set on the user for the changes to be saved.
