How do I add a User?

Adding a new user to call harbor will affect your callharbor bill, so customers don't have the ability to add users to call harbor from the portal. Instead you will need to send a email to support@callharbor.com. Make sure you include the new users name, extension & the phone they will be using. If they will be using one of your existing phones, let us know the mac address of the phone. If you want to order a new phone for them let us know the type of phone. Also let us know if you want the user to be apart of any exiting call queues, auto attendants or phone numbers.
