The Portal, Mobile App, and Web Softphone all use the same login.
Click either the "Forgot Login Name" or "Forgot Password" buttons on the login page. (In the red outline below)

If you click Forgot Login Name, you will need to provide your email and extension number if you have your email associated with more than one account. (e.g., User and General Voicemail)
You will then receive your login via email. If you need to add your email to your account, Office Managers can follow this Guide

If you click Forgot Password, you will need to provide your Login Name.
