By default, the filter is set to show calls from the current and previous days.
If you have changed or applied additional filters you may see no call history.
To clear your filters, click on the filter button under Call History
on the left side of the page.
The filter window will then open over the Call History page.
In the filter window towards the bottom left corner, there is a Clear Filter button.
Click the Clear Filter button, then click the Filter button to apply the change.
You should now see your call history for the current and previous days.
You may also clear filters by clicking the x next to the filter, shown below.
Please note that only the user entered fields can be cleared this way, date and time need to be cleared using the steps above.
If after completing the above step call history still shows No Calls Found
