What is a Routing User?

Like their name would suggest, a routing user is used to route calls based on Time Frames and answering rules. Below you can see an example of a routing user.

When a call reaches the Routing User, the system will go through the Answering Rules from top to bottom and find the first active Time Frame and follow the rules associated with that Time Frame. If no time frames are active, then it will follow the default rule.
