BLIND TRANSFERRING CALLS
A bind transfer involves transferring the call to another number without speaking to the receiving party.
- While on a call, press the transfer button.
- Dial the party to whom you are transferring.
- Press the Send softkey to complete the transfer.
CONSULTATIVE TRANSFERRING CALLS
A consultative transfer involves speaking with the person who you are transferring the call to, prior to connecting the external individual.
- While on a call, press the transfer softkey.
- Dial the party that you would like to transfer the call to.
- Press the send softkey to initiate the call to the receiving party.
- To complete the transfer, press the transfer softkey.
INITIATING A CONFERENCE CALL
- While on a call, press the Conference softkey.
- Call the party you want to add to the conference utilizing the send key.
- After the party answers, press the Conference softkey to merge the calls.
FORWARDING CALLS TO EXTERNAL NUMBER
- Dial *72 to enable forwarding.
- Dial *73 to disable forwarding.
ACCESSING CALL HISTORY
- Press the up arrow
- Use the left and right arrows to navigate between All Calls, Missed Calls, Placed Calls, and more.
CHECKING VOICEMAIL
You must not have a call on the line when attempting to check your voicemail.
- Dial *97 or press the Voicemail key on your phone.
- Enter your voicemail passcode.
- Select the option to listen to new or saved voicemails.
CHECKING VOICEMAIL EXTERNALLY WITHOUT MOBILE APP
Call into your phone number, or dial your auto attendant and enter your extension.
- Let the call go to voicemail.
- Interrupt your voicemail greeting by pressing *
- Enter your voicemail passcode.
- Select the option to listen to new or saved voicemails.

- Simply dial ** to intercom.
