This article assumes you are connecting AirPods to a Yealink phone. If you are using a touchscreen Yealink, you do not need to use the navigation arrows, you can press on the screen to select.
Most Polycom phones do not support Bluetooth.
Enable Bluetooth on the Phone and Connect
- Select the Menu key at the bottom of your display screen.
- Use the navigation arrow keys to navigate to the ‘Basic’ setting. Press OK to enter Basic Settings.
- Press the down arrow and navigate to #7-Bluetooth. Press OK to enter Bluetooth
- Once in the Bluetooth menu, use the right arrow to switch Bluetooth to ON, then press the Save key.
- The Bluetooth menu will update to include new options.
- Ensure the AirPods are set into pairing mode.
- Navigate to #2 ‘Paired Bluetooth Device’ and then press the Scan key at the bottom of your display screen to scan for your device.
- Once your Bluetooth headset is discovered, select the soft ‘Connect’ key to connect the device to your phone.
Set AirPods into Pairing Mode
- Put your AirPods into the Charging Case.
- Keep the lid of your Charging Case open.
- Press and hold the setup button on the back of the Charging Case.
- When the status light begins to flash white, your AirPods are in Bluetooth pairing mode.
