***Do not factory reset your phone unless instructed by a CallHarbor Support Tech***
The cordless handset sits in the charging cradle. The cordless base is what the handset connects to to make and receive calls. The cordless base is usually located within a network closet, but may also be located near the charging cradle.
Using the handset:
- Hit the "OK" button
- Use the arrows to select the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear)
- Go down to option 8 "System Settings" and hit "OK"
- Go down to "Base Reset" and hit "OK"
- Enter the pin: 0000
- Hit "OK"
- Select "Reset to factory"
- Select "Yes" when it asks "Reset base to factory settings now?"
- Wait for approximately 5 minutes while the base resets, and then the handset should be usable again. It should say "Provision successful" on the screen briefly once done.
If the phone does not return to a working state, please contact CallHarbor Support.
Using the base:
- Unplug the power supply.
- Press and hold the Paging button; do not release. The Paging button looks like a wifi symbol.
- Plug in the power supply while still holding the Paging button.
- Once all three LED indicator lights light up, release the Paging button.
- Restart the base by unplugging it the power supply for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
