In order to send text messages with your CallHarbor phone numbers, you will need to register your business for 10DLC. If you have phone numbers enabled for SMS, you may have received an email from CallHarbor support with instructions on registering for 10DLC. If you have not received an email, please open a ticket with CallHarbor support by emailing [email protected] with the subject line: 10DLC registration. We will send you more detailed instructions along with your company account number for registration.
After you've received the email, the first step in registering for 10DLC is to complete a brand registration form. Once we receive your business information from this form, we will send it to The Campaign Registry. (The Campaign Registry is the company/entity elected by United States mobile carriers to register companies for 10DLC.) The Campaign Registry will validate the tax ID, legal company name, and legal company address and other business information with third party independent sources and confirm that your brand exists. Once your brand registration is verified, we will be able to move on to the next step in 10DLC registration: campaign registration. If your brand is unable to be verified, a resubmission with updated information will be needed, and we will reach out with further instructions.

Your brand has now been submitted for 10DLC registration. CallHarbor will reach out with updates once it is submitted to The Campaign Registry and receives a status update.
Important Note: Please make sure to fill out the 10DLC Campaign Registration Form afterwards. Both the brand registration form and the campaign registration form are required in order to register for 10DLC.
