Share SMS Numbers Across Users
With CallHarbor Messenger, multiple users can utilize the same SMS number for sending and receiving. Users utilizing the same SMS number will have access to all conversations with the SMS number. The SMS number will be assigned to a primary user, and that user's information will be displayed for the shared number.
Manage Opt-Outs
If a contact opts out of receiving SMS, messages cannot be sent to the contact unless they opt in for messages again.
Canned Responses
Canned Responses are used for common replies to inquiries such as hours, frequently asked questions, and more. Canned Responses can be set up to auto reply to a message with keywords
Drip Campaigns
Drip campaigns allow you to apply a scheduled set of messages to a contact based on intervals of your choosing. Any replies received from the contact will break any future drips.
Blasts
Blast a message out to multiple phone numbers at once.
Reminders
Create reminders to send scheduled messages to individual contacts.
Block Sender
Block SMS numbers from being able to send you SMS
Export Message History
The message history for a conversation can be exported. The range for export is 30 days.
