What is a Welcome Email?
A welcome email supplies your login name and sets your password and voicemail PIN. The login name and password are used for the Manager Portal, Web Soft Phone, and Mobile App.
If a direct phone number routes to the extension, the phone number will be listed in the email.
Welcome emails can be sent by a Call Center Supervisor, Site Manager, Office Manager, or Callharbor Support.
If contacting Callharbor Support for a welcome email, please include:
- Your Name
- Your Extension
- Your Company Name
- The email address to which the welcome email should be sent
Complete your Account Setup
The Welcome Email will come from [email protected] with a subject line of "Your new phone system account"
The welcome email will include:
1. The name associated with your extension
2. Your login name and extension number. If a direct phone number is assigned to your extension, it will also be listed here.
3. The "Complete Setup"
Press the "Complete Setup" button. This will open a link to the Manager Portal and will ask for a password and voicemail pin
Enter your password with a minimum of 8 characters, including 1 capital letter and 1 number. Reenter your password in the Confirm Password field.
Enter a 4-digit number for your voicemail PIN. This will be used when checking voicemail with your phone.
Once your password and voicemail PIN have been entered, press save.
