Checking Your Voicemail

To check your Voicemail from your phone, you must not have a call on the line when attempting to check your voicemail

  1. Dial 5001 or press the message button on your phone
  2. Enter your voicemail password
  3. Select the option to listen to new or saved voicemail

 

Checking Another User's Voicemail

To check another user's Voicemail from your phone, you must not have a call on the line when attempting to check your voicemail

  1. Dial 5000
  2. Enter the extension of the voicemail you want to check
  3. Enter the voicemail password
  4. Select the option to listen to new or saved voicemail


Check Voicemail Externally

To check your voicemail externally

  1. Call into your phone number, or dial your auto attendant and enter your extension
  2. Let it go to voicemail
  3. Interrupt your voicemail greeting by pressing *
  4. Enter your voicemail password
  5. Select the option to listen to new or saved voicemails.
