Google Chrome

1. Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner, then select "Settings". You may have to scroll down in the menu to find settings.

2. Click "Privacy and Security" on the left-hand side

3.  Click "Site Settings"

4. Click "View permissions and data stored across sites"

5. In the search bar, type "callharbor"

6. Click the down arrow to the right of "callharbor.com"

 

7. Locate "control.callharbor.com," click the arrow next to it

8. Allow permissions for:

  • Microphone
  • Notifications
  • Pop-ups and redirects
  • Your device use (towards bottom of permission list)
  • Window management  (towards bottom of permission list)

 

9. Reload the Progressive Web App or Web Softphone 

 

Microsoft Edge

2. Click "Cookies and site permissions"

3. Click "All sites"

4. In the search bar, type "callharbor"

5. Click the down arrow to the right of "callharbor.com".

6. Locate "control.callharbor.com," click the arrow next to it

7. Allow permissions for:

  • Microphone
  • Notifications
  • Pop-ups and redirects
  • Your device use (towards bottom of permission list)
  • Window management  (towards bottom of permission list)

8. Refresh the Progressive Web App or Web Softphone
