1. Right Click the web softphone application and select Inspect (highlighted in Red)

2. This will open the DevTools popup window. Select Console located towards the top of the window

3. Save the messages listed under Console. To save, press Ctrl+A to select all the messages and right-click and select Save as. Include your company name and extension in the file name.

4. Next, switch to the Network tab

5. The messages to be saved will be located in the Console area located to the bottom of the screen

6. Press Ctrl+A to select all messages then right-click to Save as. Include your company name and extension in the file name.

7. Send both files to [email protected]
