Open the previous version of PWA (search the start menu for "Callharbor" or "Snapmobile" if you don't see the icon)
Go to "Settings" and either screenshot or make note of what audio devices are selected for "Microphone" and "Audio Output"
Make note of the audio input and output devices you are currently using (1. click the "Settings" wrench icon and note the 2. "Microphone" and 3."Audio Output" devices).
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right (next to minimize window), then "App Info."
2. Click "Cookies and Site Data."
3. Click Manage on-device site data.
4. Click the two trash can icons.
5. Hit "Reload."
6. Click "Uninstall app."
7. Check the box that says "Also delete data from Chrome" and then click "Remove."
8. Go to the portal in Google Chrome and then "Apps," and click "web softphone."
9. Click the "install snapmobile web" or "CallHarbor progressive web app."
10. Click "Install."
11. When it asks for the microphone and audio output options, select what was used previously, or hit "next" if it was "Default."
12. Make sure the status is set to "online" and there is a green, phone icon in the top right.
13. Hit the dial pad icon and enter a number to perform an outbound call, then perform an inbound test call. (Make sure its ringing the extension through the queue if it is in one and set to "online."
