Support Portal
Username Recovery
If you do not know your username or the email address associated with your account, please contact CallHarbor Support, including:
- Your Name
- Your Extension in the phone system
- Your Company Name
Password Reset
1. Click 'Login to View Tickets'
2. Click 'Forgot Password?'
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Once entered, the screen will return to the main page, but with a "You have been emailed instructions to reset your password" across the top
5. You will receive a password reset link
6. Click the link. Enter your new password, confirm the new password, and click Reset Password
Billing Portal

If you do not know the email address associated with your account, please contact CallHarbor Accounting, including:
- Your Name
- Your Company Name
- Your Account Number
1. Click 'Need Help Logging in?'
2. Click 'Forgot your Username?'
3. Enter your email address and click Send Email
4. You will be returned to the main page with a "Your username has been sent to the email address entered" popup
4. You will then receive an email that looks like this:
Password Reset
1. Click 'Need Help Logging in?'
2. Enter your username, then click Send Email
3. You will be returned to the main page with a "If an account is found, a password reset link will be sent to the email address associated with that account" popup
4. You will then receive a password reset email that contains a hyperlink to reset your password that looks like this:
5. Please note: This password reset email will expire in 12 hours. Click on the hyperlink in that email and then click "Start Password Reset" which will bring you here:
