If you are having any issues with faxes, please contact CallHarbor Support
Please include all the following information:
- Name
- Company
- Extension Number in the phone system
- Username and Email Address associated with eFax account (if applicable)
- Send and Receive using: printer, eFax portal, or email
- Fax Number sending from
- Fax Number sending to (receipient)
- Description of the issue occurring (unable to send? unable to receive? date the faxes started failing, faxes not printing/partial printing, etc)
