ANDROID

 

First, please click on the hamburger button at the bottom right of the app, highlighted in red.

Next, please click 'About', highlighted in red below.

Select 'Submit Log File'

 

Enter a description of the issue

 

Click 'Send'



Then, you will be prompted with a screen similar to below. Please select 'Gmail' or the app you use to send emails.



Finally, send the file over to '[email protected]' (1) and press send (2). 

 

 

iOS

 

First, please click on the hamburger button at the bottom right of the app, highlighted in red.

 

 

Next, please click 'About', highlighted in red below.

 

 

Select 'Submit Log File'

 

 

An email screen will open up, attaching the log file, and will use the email address you have associated with the built-in iOS Mail app

 

 

Send the file over to '[email protected]' (1) and press send (2). 

 

 

Web Softphone

 

While in the web softphone, press F12

 

This will bring up a DevTools Pop-up Window

 

 

Swap from the What's New tab to the Console tab (located in the lower half of the popup window), if necessary

 

 

Once in the Console tab, highlight everything that is present and right-click to bring up the Save As option. Click Save As

 

 

Save the file to your computer

 

 

Send the file over to [email protected]
