Open the previous version of PWA (search the start menu for "Callharbor" or "Snapmobile" if you don't see the icon)
Go to "Settings" and either screenshot or make note of what audio devices are selected for "Microphone" and "Audio Output"
Make note of the audio input and output devices you are currently using (1. click the "Settings" wrench icon and note the 2. "Microphone" and 3."Audio Output" devices).
1. In the Progressive Web App version of the web softphone, click the 3 horizontal dots in the top-right corner and then select "App Settings."
2. click "Clear cookies."
3. click "Uninstall."
4. check the box to "Also clear data from Microsoft Edge," then click "Remove."
5. Go to the portal (control.callharbor.com) in Microsoft Edge, log in, and then click "Apps," and click "web softphone."
6. Click "App available. Install Callharbor Web Phone."
