Checking Your Voicemail
To check your Voicemail from your phone, you must not have a call on the line when attempting to check your voicemail
- Dial 5001 or press the message button on your phone
- Enter your voicemail password
- Select the option to listen to new or saved voicemail
Checking Another User's Voicemail
To check another user's Voicemail from your phone, you must not have a call on the line when attempting to check your voicemail
- Dial 5000
- Enter the extension of the voicemail you want to check
- Enter the voicemail password
- Select the option to listen to new or saved voicemail
Check Voicemail Externally
To check your voicemail externally
- Call your company phone number; if using an auto attendant, enter your extension
- Let it go to voicemail
- Interrupt your voicemail greeting by pressing *
- Enter your voicemail password
- Select the option to listen to new or saved voicemails.
