How to log out of the app (Android and iOS)

1. Click the three dot menu at the top right of the app
2. Tap the Settings option
3. Tap Reset Application
4. Tap OK to reset the application

To log back in:

User your login credentials for the portal or web softphone. The format is extension@domain, for example: 100@callharbor (there is no ".com" at the end of most usernames)
