Login Recovery
If you do not know your username for the eFax portal, please contact CallHarbor Support, including:
- Your Name
- Your Extension for the phone system
- Your Company Name
Password Reset
1. Click Password Recovery
2. The Password Recovery window will open. Enter your username or the email address associated with your eFax user. Then press Next
If you do not know the username or email address associated with your eFax user, please contact CallHarbor Support
3. If your user was found based on the username or email address, a verification code is sent to the email address on file.
4. Repeat steps 1 - 2, entering the same information for the user or email. After pressing Next, 'Step 2. Confirm Verification Code' will appear
5. Enter the verification code, new password, and confirm new password. Then click Submit
