To access voicemail you will dial 5001 on your phone, or press the messages key. You will then be prompted to enter your voicemail pin. If you do not know your voicemail pin you may reset this from within the portal, or reach out to CallHarbor for support. Once inside of your voicemail box you may follow the below flow-chart to select options and edit greetings.
